Prof. Dr. Wesam Reda El Ghamry, is a prominent figure in the field of clinical oncology. He obtained his Medical Degree (MBBCH) from the Faculty of Medicine at Ain Shams University in 1998; Dr. El Ghamry further specialized in Radiation and Medical Oncology, earning a Master's degree in 2003 and a Doctorate in 2009 from the same institution. Dr. El Ghamry's career is marked by extensive clinical experience and academic contributions. He began his professional journey as a House Officer at Ain Shams University Hospital in 1999. Over the years, he held various key positions including Clinical Oncology Resident, Consultant and Lecturer at Ain Shams University. His expertise spans multiple oncology disciplines, particularly breast, lung, and gastrointestinal cancers. Currently, Dr. El Ghamry serves as an Assistant professor in the Clinical Oncology Department at Ain Shams University. His international experience includes a tenure as an Assistant Consultant at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. An active participant in global oncology forums, Dr. El Ghamry has attended numerous international conferences, presenting research and contributing to the advancement of oncology practices. He is a member of the European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO) since 2011 and has several publications to his credit.
